1. Proud of the Work We Do.

When I first opened Arora Dental, I wasn't sure how many patients we would attract. However, one thing was certain: I was committed to treating everyone with kindness, compassion, and the best possible care.

From day one, our team focused on creating an environment where patients felt relaxed and at ease. And now, after 10 incredible months, we couldn't be more proud of the work we've accomplished. It's truly humbling to receive such kind words from patients both in the office and on Google Reviews. It is moments like these that remind us of the positive impact we are making in Brantford. Here is one that just makes me realize how much of a difference and impact Arora Dental is making in Brantford.

“I can't even explain how great Dr. Arora is.. I had to have an emergency extraction, and my anxiety was/is through the roof. He spoke to me like he actually cared and like I've known him for years.. he reassured me a bunch of times and explained what he was going to do while he did it, without making me feel badly about asking questions. He even made me laugh while I was upset.. He is an amazing person and has made me less stressed about any upcoming dental work I may need.. I wish I would have found him years ago..

The dental assistant was also lovely.. She stayed by my side and gave me so much support.. I am still quite impressed & shocked.

The ladies at the desk are just as wonderful. They took me for an emergency, and were very empathetic, without even knowing me.. they both calmed me down just by being so nice.. everyone there was so sweet to me, without even knowing me.. I am so grateful for all of them.. There is no one better than Dr. ARORA.. and his amazing team. Sorry, not sorry ❤️”

We are absolutely thrilled to have you as part of the Arora Dental family! As a young startup, the biggest challenge is spreading the word about our exceptional dental care. 4. My Personal Story Pt. 2

If you haven’t read Part 1, I would recommend reading that first 👇

Here is a quick recap from Part 1.

A few weeks before my 9th birthday, I was at an after-school camp in New Delhi when my mom came to pick me up and whispered that we were going to Canada. Although my parents were excited about the move, I felt terrified to leave my home and start anew. In December 2001, we arrived in Toronto with just eight suitcases of our belongings. My mother was worried about the cold weather, so I dressed in many layers on my first day of school and looked like the Michelin man. Despite the challenges, I was excited for this new adventure in Canada.

Fast forward 9 years, I am graduating high school in Brampton and making the tough decision of which school to attend next. My criteria include the following:

  1. I had to pick a school that was not too close to my home (which means I could live on-campus),

  2. It had to be close enough to come home for laundry and food.

The perfect balance of the two requirements was achieved at McMaster in Hamilton. At Mac, I found a lot of happiness in doing the thing that I enjoyed from sports to Improv/Theatre to becoming a Maroon (School Rep). Mac was a great balance between a social life and academia and honestly it helped shape a lot of who I am today. The people I met at Mac and the lessons I learned about empathy and caring for your team help me shape Arora Dental every day.

Time flew by so quickly during my four years at Mac, and my passion for the healthcare field grew stronger with each passing day. As I approached graduation, I knew that dentistry was the perfect choice for me. It was the perfect blend of science, art, and working with people, and I was excited for what the future held. But as I walked across the stage to receive my diploma, I was both excited and nervous. You see the next chapter of my life would take me out of the country, far from home, as I pursued my dream of becoming a dentist.

…I hope you enjoyed this little snippet from my past. Don’t worry, the story continues in the next newsletter. In the meantime, I want to share with you a YouTube video from my high school graduation. I hope you find it entertaining :)
